Identità Velate è un'esperienza artistica con valore terapeutico. Le persone che hanno preso parte al progetto erano consapevoli che durante l'esperienza avrebbero indossato un lenzuolo, che avrei condotto una meditazione e che avrei fatto delle foto. Non sapevano nient'altro. Una volta rimosso il lenzuolo, ogni partecipante ha condiviso i feedback, esplorando i sentimenti, percezioni ed emozioni emerse durante l'esperienza e il significato di ciascuno di essi, incontrando l'opportunità di conoscere qualcosa di nuovo su se stessi e il proprio modo di essere. Questa fase delicata e intensa, insieme alla meditazione e agli esercizi di contatto con il corpo, è stata supportata dalla mia formazione in psicoterapia della Gestalt.
Cosa accade se ti fotografo mentre ti nascondi? "Mi incontro."
Identità Velate is a creative experience with a therapeutic value. People who took part in the project were stranger and aware that during the experience they would have worn a bed sheet, that I would have conduct a meditation and that I would have taken some photos. They did not know anything else. Once the sheet was removed, each participant shared feedback, exploring the feelings that emerged during the experience and the meaning of each of them, meeting the opportunity to know something new about themselves and their own way of being. This delicate and intense phase, along with meditation and body contact exercises, was supported by my training in Gestalt psychotherapy.
